  • Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Verjus Blanc (Fusion)
  • 0.25 oz Bianca Sweet Vinegar (Carandini)
  • 0.5 oz Basil Eau-de-vie
  • Top with Badger Club Soda

Directions
Combine all ingredients, except the Badger ginger ale, in a mixing glass. Stir well with ice, strain into a sherry glass, and top with 2 oz Badger Club Soda.
