Directions
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling grapefruit, in a small shaker tin. Fill the smaller tin to the top with ice, and seal with the larger tin. Shake vigorously, then strain off the ice into the larger tin. Add the egg white, reseal the tins, and shake vigorously without ice. Then, fine strain into a glass with freshly cracked ice. Top with Badger Sparkling Grapefruit, garnish, and serve.
